We met when we were young and naïve and full of hope. Ours is a story of love that blossomed from a friendship. Little did we know that our beginning was connected to our ending. And since we can’t see what the future holds, we did not know that we were parting, only to begin, again, in the future.

Janelle went on to establish herself in her career and to find immense joy in her work. Max pursued his interests and became a man of the world.

But God had other plans and began His great work of breaking them down until they could truly remember who they were meant to be. God works in mysterious ways but does not do so without care. He does so to build you back up, but in the way He intended.

God has plans for Max and Janelle and has brought them back together to serve Him. And, in doing so, to create a family of His own unique design.

This union has been blessed by God and is meant to stand the test of time. This union is built upon the foundation of the love of our Creator. And from this union, love will flow unto others.

Max and Janelle met in 1995 and spent time together as young adults. They parted in love and with love for one another. Theirs was a story to be continued… In February 2025, they found each other again. Which leads us to the beginning, born of an ending.

We thank you for celebrating a love that has and will continue to stand the test of time. With God’s blessing, may this love endure until the time we are called home to our Maker.
